Our School Council

Our School Council helps pupils have a voice and make a positive difference in our school, in line with our Islamic values. Children from each class are chosen to represent their classmates and share their ideas, concerns, and suggestions. The School Council meets regularly to discuss how to improve our school and support one another, learning the importance of listening to others, being fair, and treating everyone with respect.

Through listening carefully, sharing opinions politely, and voting on ideas, pupils learn about democracy and responsibility. School Councillors are role models who develop leadership skills, confidence, and teamwork, while showing kindness, honesty, and service to others. By working together to organise events, support charities, and improve school life, the School Council helps pupils live out both British Values and Islamic character in meaningful, practical ways.
