Trips 2025 – 2026
Our school trips are a chance for students to explore, discover, and enjoy new experiences together. Here you can find photos and highlights from our adventures.
Kew Gardens
Our Year 3 and Year 4 pupils spent an exciting day at Kew Gardens, where they deepened their understanding of plants, habitats, and conservation. As they explored the vast gardens and iconic glasshouses, the children observed a huge variety of species and learned how plants adapt to different climates. They also took part in guided activities that built on their Science topic in school. The trip was both educational and inspiring, giving pupils the chance to connect real-world learning with the natural environment.
Look Out Discovery Centre
Reception had an exciting and educational day out at the Look Out Discovery Centre! The children explored a range of hands-on science exhibits, from building towers and investigating water flow to experimenting with light and sound. They especially enjoyed the outdoor play areas and the interactive shows, which brought science to life in a fun and engaging way. The trip provided valuable opportunities for teamwork, problem-solving, and hands-on learning. We are very proud of how well they represented the school.
Science Museum
Year 1 and Year 2 pupils enjoyed an exciting and educational visit to the Science Museum. During the day, the children explored a range of interactive galleries that supported their learning in materials, forces, space, and everyday inventions. They showed great curiosity as they investigated the exhibits, asked thoughtful questions, and made meaningful connections to their classroom work. We were extremely proud of the pupils’ excellent behaviour and positive attitude throughout the visit. The trip offered a valuable opportunity to enrich their scientific understanding and inspire a continued interest in the world of Science.
Royal Air Force Museum
Our Year 6 pupils enjoyed an exciting and inspiring trip to the Royal Air Force Museum, where they explored the rich history of flight and discovered how aviation has shaped the world. The children were fascinated by the impressive collection of aircraft on display and took part in interactive workshops that brought their learning to life. From stepping inside historic planes to investigating the science behind flight, the visit offered a memorable, hands-on experience that supported both their history and STEM studies. It was a day filled with curiosity and teamwork.
