Nursery Admissions
At Darul Madinah Nursery, we welcome children from a young age to begin their educational journey. Parents interested in enrolling their child in our Nursery program should follow the admission process outlined below:
- Contact us: To initiate the enrollment process, please call us at 01753 553841 or send an email to slough@darulmadinah.co.uk. Alternatively, you can click on the link below to complete a registration form.
- Application Deadline: Ensure that you submit your application by the specified deadline. For the academic year starting in September 2025, the application deadline is the first week of January 2026. Applications received after this date will be considered as late admissions.
- Limited Spaces: Please be aware that we have limited spaces in our Nursery classes, and priority will be given to applications submitted on time.
- Registration Requirements: To complete the registration process, you will need to provide the following documents:
- Your child’s Passport or Birth Certificate
- A completed Registration Form
- Signed Terms & Conditions
- Your child’s latest school report (if applicable)
Free Early Education Funding (Ages 2–4)
We offer government-funded early education places for children aged 2 to 4, helping families access high-quality childcare.
Two Year Olds
Some 2-year-olds are eligible for 15 hours of free childcare per week (570 hours a year), starting the term after their second birthday.
Eligibility is based on income, benefits such as Universal Credit, or if the child has additional needs.

Three and Four Year Olds
All children aged 3 and 4 are entitled to 15 hours of free childcare per week from the term after their third birthday, regardless of family income.
30 Hours for Working Parents
Working parents may qualify for up to 30 hours of free childcare per week for 3- and 4-year-olds (1,140 hours a year).
From September 2025, this will also include children aged 9 months and up.
You must meet employment and income criteria and apply for an eligibility code at childcarechoices.gov.uk.
Private Places Available
If you are not entitled to free funding, we also offer private places at a rate of £18 per 3-hour session.
